Michael Bergeron works on behalf of the state of New Hampshire with businesses considering relocating or expanding to the Granite state. He provides a wide range of services ranging from site analysis and selection to facilitating state financing and state incentive packages.

His business services include:

Confidential real estate reports and personal tours that assist brokers and corporate clients in quickly locating the best land sites or buildings anywhere in N.H.

  • Facilitating the state permitting process.
  • Providing access to key regulatory and political decision-makers at the state and local levels.
  • Providing assistance in identifying various financing opportunities, job training, and other state incentives.

A New Hampshire native, Michael worked for CB Commercial Real Estate in downtown Boston from 1984 to 1993 as a tenant broker, representing local and national clients. Michael left CB Commercial in 1993 to attend law school and has been serving the citizens of New Hampshire since 1997 at the N.H. Division of Economic Development. He has real estate licenses in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is an affiliate member of the NH Commercial Investment Board of Realtors.

Michael served on the board of directors for the Boylston Home for Girls in Manchester from 1996 to 2005, with eight years as Chairman. Michael volunteers at his church as the greeter. He is also a graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.


Cynthia J. Harrington

Cynthia Harrington has been with the NH Division of Economic Development's
Business Resource Center since March 2001.  Cynthia was the Business Services Manager, managing the business services team, responsible for the state’s Retention and Expansion program and Business Energy Efficiency Program.  Cynthia was promoted to Business Recruitment in September of 2007.   She is a member of the NH Economic Development Association, currently enrolled in a master's degree program at Southern New Hampshire University and is a 2003 Leadership New Hampshire program graduate. She is also a Manchester Kiwanis member, Junior Achievement of NH board member and past Manchester American Red Cross board member.
